Once your order has been processed and charged, you will receive an email with all of the tracking information once the item(s) has shipped. You’ll be able to track your shipment online via the Canada Post Website.
Order changes must be received within 24 hours of placement of the original order. Changes or requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted. Please send all order changes or requests by email.
After placing an order, please allow 1-3 business days to process the order.
Please allow 2-3 business days for shipments to arrive within Ontario.
Please allow 3-5 business days for shipments to arrive outside of Ontario.

Please note: orders that contain multiple items you may receive each item separately, on separate dates. This will not affect your shipping costs.
We have a 14 day return policy on all online purchase. The details are given In the shipping and return section of this website.
